Is there a diagnostic charge?

Sound Technology's Inspection/Estimate fee is $89.00 for all equipment carried into the shop. This fee is applied towards the repair, if the estimate is approved.

Is On-Site Service available?

Yes In Home or On-Site service is available. There are additional costs associated with on site work that are not applied towards repair estimates. It is recommended that when possible units are brought into the shop as the diagnostic/estimate fee would be treated as a deposit and applied towards the repair balance. Call us for an exact quote.

Do you buy old units?

Sound Technology does not buy units working or for parts.

We want to replace our unit. Can you dispose of our old one?

Unfortunately it costs us money to dispose of old units so we cannot take units for disposal. We advise contacting the county for instructions on how to properly dispose of your old unit.

Do you fix Televisions with Broken screens?

The short answer is No. The longer answer is that yes, we could repair these units if the panel can be sourced, but in most cases the parts are either not available or cost so much that the repair is uneconomical due to how much a replacement unit costs.

Our Shop is conveniently located near the State Fairgrounds, just South of I-4 on US-301 at Interstate Business Park.

Once you turn onto Oak Fair Blvd it is the first building on the left.

Store entrance faces Oak Fair Blvd. Simply enter the double doors to the main building and we are in Suite 104 which is the first door on the left.
